A local Education company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to the growing team. Job Description of the Administrative Assistant: -Administrative Assistant who will be supporting an onsite manager and an offsite HR Manager. Will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, and being the first point of contact for anyone coming in to the office, but all of those things are pretty scarce, so they will be running with various projects on the side including: -Inventory management -Invoice management -Purchase order management -Running reports for time and attendance of employees Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant: 2 years of Admin experience (back office preferred) Past experience in MS Office The Administrative Assistant must be able to work fulltime Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Please submit your resume if you are interested in the Administrative Assistant position
