A local Distribution company is looking for a Data Entry Clerk Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
Maintain database and input detailed item descriptions, pricing, attributes and images for all products
Prepare reports by utilizing company's software system Microsoft Excel/Word
Assist with entering price changes, purchase orders, and communication with vendors
Work to resolve any purchasing related discrepancies or issues
Manage relationships with both sales team, warehouse vendors
Facilitates tester, displays and manage sample room
Support administrative functions such as printing, copying, importing scanning Skill Summary of the Data Entry Clerk:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), experience with Navision and Jet reports a plus
Must be analytical and organized
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively The Data Entry Clerk will work fulltime Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:00pm
